Celandine the Flower Fairy has a recipe in this "summer thrills" cookbook, but this salad is ideal for using up barbecued sausages and other goodies left over from Halloween or Fireworks Night celebrations.  Serve with hot soup and crusty bread for a great winter meal: or simply include some of the ingredients freshly cooked, and call it a "Warm Salad"!
